Exclusively produced in Navelli, which is considered the heart of high-quality saffron worldwide, ATOMOS saffron dries on ash made of three different woods in order to develop its unique organoleptic properties.
All three saffron attributes, crocin, picrocrocin and safranal, are of exceptional quality, both in scent and in taste.
In addition, and in order to eliminate any potential contamination, ATOMOS rotates the cultivation soil every 5 years.
