Derived from 100% old Montepulciano d’Abruzzo pure variety, up to 65 years of age. Fermented following a unique traditional method of our land named CERASUOLO, by which a light contact with skins results in a lighter colour and extremely versatile wine. Atomos is the first wine in the world to be entirely destemmed by the unique Three-Finger process.

Available in vintages 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Grapes: 100% Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, processed as traditional Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo

General Production: 300-500 bottles

Aging: 9 months in French oaks

Fermentation: by indigenous yeasts, for 24 hours maceration in steel tank with temperature control

Recommended Serving Temp: 14°C (57 °F)
