Grapes: 100% Montepulciano d’Abruzzo

General Production: 400-800 bottles

Aging: 18 months in French oak

Fermentation: by indigenous yeasts for 20 days in steel tank with temperature control

Recommended Serving Temp: 20°C (68°F)
